We live in a world of comparison. Daily we are judged on our appearances. What we wear, where we live, and our intelligence, are just a few things we are judged on. How do we overcome criticism, and live our lives authentically?
In this episode we look at individuals who OVERCAME – Low Self Esteem, Racism, Abuse, and Discrimination. How did they do it? How have their lives changed since they OVERCAME?
Bullying has increased in recent years both in person and online. We look at the causes.

Why do individuals feel the need to be habitually cruel, insulting, or threatening to others who are weaker, smaller, or in some ways vulnerable.

We also look at ways to avoid being bullied; and provide methods to stop those who choose to be part of it.
