Students will implement their first skills of Team Building.  They will work in teams throughout the duration of the six week PILOT PROGRAM.

They will understand the importance of – DELEGATING RESPONSIBILITIES, IDENTIFYING CORE COMPETENCIES, TIME MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTABILITY, & QUALITY CONTROL.

WEEK 2

HWK Assignment – Select a company (mentioned in our discussion and the video), where timing was a key factor to their success.

HWK Research Assignment – The company you’ve selected, does the core team still comprise of its founding members?  If not, why do you believe they’ve changed or remain the same.  What makes that synergy work or not work?
